As nearly any experienced bridge player knows, the original Precision system was invented in the 1960's by C. C. Wei from Taiwan. His principles are employed by thousands of strong club system players around the world, including Eric Rodwell and Jeff Meckstroth, a.k.a., MeckWell. Generally most "Precision" based systems require 16 or more high card points (HCP) to open the bidding with 1C. The system has been developed for over 40 years of duplicate bridge play. The accuracy of the structure and methods described herein have been tested and validated with more than 40 years of documented bidding contests.
