At Baron Barclay, we believe in transparency in shipping costs. Rather than building shipping charges into our prices, we offer live rates (based on size, weight, and destination of your order) for a variety of shipping options, allowing you to choose the most suitable method.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders received after 11:00 am EST will be shipped the next business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All orders shipping with the overnight delivery method for domestic orders will automatically be marked as priority in our system.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You’ll see the specific carrier delivering the package in the shipping confirmation email.
Note that economy shipping options may not have tracking available. Overnight, express, and standard options will always have tracking.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Baron Barclay is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

December 9- Last Day for Media Mail shipping
December 14- Last Day for USPS Standard shipping
December 15- Last Day for UPS Ground Shipping
December 21- Last Day for UPS 2nd Day Air
December 22- Last Day for UPS Next-Day Air
Shipping deadlines do not apply to monogrammed table covers, furniture, or ACBL Jewelry.
